Super Bowl Sunday Ride

Super Bow Sunday Flagpole Fun!

Once again the Annual Super Bowl Sunday ride is upon us! Come join us on February 5th on this leaderless social mountain bike ride to Flagpole Knob. Riders will then have multiple options to descend off the mountain. Expect cold temps, fun people, and everything in between. Riding from Briery Branch Community Center at 10am, and we hope to see you all out there!

We had excellent turn out last night to Shenandoah Bicycle Company's Winter Maintenance Class. Pizza and beer was had by all, while employees of SBC taught everyone about road and mountain bike brake maintenance. Be sure to put these classes on your calendar, there is a lot to learn about those two wheeled machines!

Looking ahead, the Annual SVBC Potluck/meeting is on February 13th. Start thinking about what tasty dish you would like to bring, and we hope to see you there!

Do you know about the North End Greenway? There is a community movement to help get a bike/ped greenway on the north end of town. FIND OUR MORE!!
