Monday Chill Social Mountain Bike Ride: July 26th, 5:30: Narrowback. Meet at the Dog Graveyard.

A weekly social mountain bike ride for everyone, especially those who are relatively new to mountain biking or prefer a casual pace. For more info contact Kari Carpenter: kcarpenter@rockingham.k12.va.us

Tuesday Fast Road Ride: July 27th 5:30pm at Shenandoah Bicycle Company-Riding Reddish Knob

The Tuesday Fast Road Rides return for 2010. This road ride will average 19+ MPH, several loops will be repeated throughout the year. For more info go to the Forum .

Tuesday Women's Mountain Bike Ride: July 27th, 5:30: Narrowback. Meet at the Dog Graveyard.

A great way for women to meet fellow female riding partners. Difficulty changes each Tuesday of the month. Come out for this comfortable atmosphere mountain bike ride. For more info contact Marcia: mlamphier@harrisonburg.k12.va.us or Kari: kcarpenter@rockingham.k12.va.us

Wednesday Social Ride: July 28th , Leaving at 5:15 HHS

Goodness knows how long this social ride has taken place, but Marcia is still the ride leader. Leaving Harrisonburg High School at 5:15 PM, SHARP. A 1.5-2 hour SOCIAL paced ride. Questions: Contact Marcia at 432-3312

Thursday July 29th Tempo Road Ride: 5:30pm meet behind Shenandoah Bicycle Company

A two hour steady road ride that is faster then the Wednesday Social Road Ride but not quite as fast as the Tuesday Fast Road Ride.

Saturday July 31st 19th Shenandoah Valley Bicycle Festival: First Ride starts at 7am.

There are rides for all, starting with the 12 miler, also the 25, 50 and 100 miles. All the proceeds go the Our Community Place (OCP).
